How can I be sure I’ll like what you design?
At the start of your branding project, we’ll discuss your goals and establish a creative brief. This will set parameters and guide the design process. Since you’re involved in setting those parameters, you can be confident your brand identity will be something you love.
How do I know we’re a good match for each other?
Not to sound like we’re dating here, but compatibility is important. Take a look at our brandfolio. Does it have the general style you’re after? You need a designer whose work matches the aesthetic you’re aiming for. You might love how a designer presents their work, or they have a great reputation, or you genuinely like them as a person. But if their body of work doesn’t feel like you could imagine your project fitting in, you should look elsewhere. Designers can design in different styles, but their own unconscious preferences will act like a magnet pulling the design back to their sweet spot.
Which hopefully is the reason you selected them in the first place.
We’re not in the same city. Can we still work together?
Absolutely. 80% of our clients are not local, so we adept at managing projects long distance. I’ll send PDF proofs or recorded video presentations by email, we can talk on the phone, chat over video on Zoom or any combination of those.
How long does it take to complete a branding project?
Depending on the number of deliverables involved, it usually takes us anywhere from 1-3 months for a branding package with a
few additional pieces of brand collaterals.
Do you do copy writing?
We can help you with naming, taglines, mission statements, or other short messaging for your brand (of course with extra charges). But when it comes to lengthy copy for editorial guidelines, presentations, brochure, or websites, that’s not a service we provide.
Can you help me determine what I need?
If you are not sure what you need, that’s okay. We enjoy collaborating with clients to determine what is required to help them achieve their goals. We do this by gaining a clear understanding of your situation and budget.
Do you offer unlimited revisions?
No. Our time (and yours) is limited, and we believe that a responsible process narrows focus and helps us to avoid pursuing dead-end concepts and ongoing changes. Typical projects go through one or two rounds of fairly minor revisions because of this process.
What’s a mood board?
Mood boards are a useful tool helping designers effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Boards can be easily created within a tight timeframe and turn an abstract idea into a real one. This way designers can effectively share their ideas with others because visual material always works better than fluent phrases.
In what formats will I receive my logo and other branding files?
We want you to be able to actually use your designs, so we’ll give you your design files in everything you need, such as High-res JPG, PNG format
and AI scale-able source file format.
Who owns the final artwork?
You do. Unless there are separate contracts with third parties such as illustrators, writers or photographers that state otherwise, all rights to the
final artwork (this does not include any unused concepts) transfer to you once your project is paid in full. We reserve the right to use
the work in my portfolio and for self-promotional purposes.
What happens next?
Just fill up the branding creative brief. After we received the full payment, we will review your branding creative brief and contact you with any questions or clarification. We’ll assign the project to our designers, and your branding design process timeline will be ready in 3 working days.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We use internet-standard security measures to make sure your information is secure while browsing our site.
Simply put, we don’t share or sell your information to a third party without your explicit permission. In other words,
we wouldn’t do anything that you wouldn’t do.

Can you reduce your prices?
No, our prices are fair, and our clients receive excellent value for their investment.
When do I pay for my design at SensePlus?
Fill out your branding creative brief and before we begin designing, our branding design package require full payment before starting work.
